One of the key ways we track the performance of our current and future service markets is through Delta Associates, Transwestern’s independent research subsidiary. Each quarter, we distribute market reports to our clients which identify the issues most affecting area lease and occupancy rates, employment trends, construction starts, etc. That information helps us better inform and advise our clients as well as implement our “big-picture” strategy for prudent and well-planned growth throughout the Salt Lake area.
